Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning and analysis to support business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Compliance & Taxation: Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and tax regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage company cash flows, optimize working capital, and forecast future cash requirements.
  • Cost Control & Budgeting: Implement cost control measures and drive budget adherence.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the implementation of sound internal controls and policies to mitigate potential financial issues.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Salary: ₹60,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum (approximately $75,000-$100,000 USD)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CA/MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
