Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and conducting initial outreach to prospects. You will also schedule product demos and sales meetings for Account Executives and maintain and update CRM with lead interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline status.
Duties
• Research and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads based on company fit, interest level, and decision-making power.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospects, understand their pain points, and introduce MyOperator's solutions.
• Schedule product demos and sales meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline status.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS/B2B sales).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and qualify prospects effectively.
• Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with resilience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
