Job Title: Memory Characterization Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Characterization Engineer to join our team.

  • This role involves planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, bring-up yield, circuits, mechanical systems, digital/analog/RF/optical systems, equipment, and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems that launch cutting-edge, world-class products.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  2. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  3. OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of memory basic design for different architectures.
  • Knowledge of memory measurement parameters.
  • Expertise in memory timing/power characterization and compiler engine building with all accuracy parameters involved.
  • Familiarity with memory power views, including LVF and different forms of variation parameters.
  • Understanding of memory library requirements, including arcs, SDF conditions, variation parameters, QA steps, and different formats.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Mentoring skills to junior engineers.
