Job Description
As an Electronics Systems Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design and development of advanced electronic systems. The role involves providing technical guidance, overseeing project planning and execution, and ensuring quality standards are met.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analog, digital, and mixed electronics design and development. You should have a strong background in VHDL and C programming, as well as expertise in the design and realization of electronic systems for airborne applications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- 8 to 12 years of experience in analog, digital, and mixed electronics design and development
- Proficiency in VHDL and C programming
- Proven experience in the design and realization of electronic systems for airborne applications
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
