Job Title: Accounts Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indian Financial Services (FS) ecosystem, with prior experience working with banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). This includes knowledge of business strategy and transformation, customer experience, digital transformation, lending, loan origination, customer relationship management, collections, project management, Agile methodologies, Jira or similar tools, salesforce, data analysis, reporting, Microsoft Office products, problem-solving, change and transformation environments, and new technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the FS sector.">
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, including chief executive officers (CXOs), business heads, and operations teams, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.">
  • Design and implement projects, assignments, and engagement plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.">
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.">
  • Provide thought leadership on the latest trends in the market and development in the FS ecosystem and technology.">
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.">
