Job Summary:

This role involves providing personalized financial planning services to clients, including retirement planning, investment management, and wealth preservation. As a Financial Planner/Wealth Manager, you will collaborate with experts to develop unique financial strategies tailored to each client's needs and goals.

  • Client Portfolio Management:
    • Manage and review existing client investment portfolios.
    • Conduct portfolio analysis and make necessary adjustments.
    • Drive additional business from existing clients across financial services.
    • Create and enforce financial goal plans to meet clients' long-term objectives.
  • New Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Aquire new clients through various channels.
    • Conduct financial planning and analysis for new clients.
    • Build long-term relationships through periodic portfolio reviews, market discussions, and product recommendations.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • This is a sales-driven role with key performance indicators directly linked to revenue generation.
    • Cross-sell financial instruments based on client needs.
    • Utilize professional networks to organize financial awareness sessions.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Conduct initial portfolio screening for prospective clients.
    • Maintain and update performance reports.
    • Presents periodic performance reviews and achievements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and profitability drivers.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must possess a personal laptop.
• CWM Certification is an added advantage.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Own book of business is mandatory
