Job Title: Guidewire Claim Center Configuration Developer

Experience Required: 3-8 years of relevant experience in software development, preferably with a focus on insurance claim centers.

Location: Opportunities available in multiple locations across India.

Key Skills:

  • Configure and customize claim center applications using Gosu programming language.
  • Develop expertise in XML, PCF, REST, and SOAP technologies.
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability with GOSU programming, including experience with source code management systems like Subversion and GitHub.
  • Certifications in Guidewire Claim Center Specialist Configuration and Associate certifications preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of claims processes and insurance domain knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand requirements and stories to create efficient high-level and low-level design documents.
  2. Configure and code the application according to design documents.
  3. Perform unit testing to ensure the application meets quality standards.

Generic Skills:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn new items quickly and improvise to adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Agile development methodologies and practices are essential for this role.
