We are seeking a seasoned Brand Solutions expert to join our team.

Job Description

The Senior Associate Brand Solutions role involves the execution of impactful brand campaigns. This includes working closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners to bring creative ideas to life. A key responsibility is executing impactful brand campaigns by collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop strategic solutions that meet their business objectives.

In this role, you will work with select clients and lead all Brand Solutions for them, as per their briefs and on ideas proactively pitched by us to fulfill their business goals. You will also collaborate with the Creative team to ideate on concepts using insights about the client, brand, and business to create the right solutions.

You will execute these ideas and handle all their moving parts along with a team of juniors, and in collaboration with the production team, within set timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of 2-4 years in events, experiential marketing, or media. They should have a strong interest in culture - both pop culture, and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing impactful brand campaigns by working closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Collaborating with the Creative team to ideate on concepts using insights about the client, brand, and business to create the right solutions.
  • Handling all moving parts of executed ideas along with a team of juniors, and in collaboration with the production team, within set timelines and budgets.
  • Liaising with clients as the main point of contact to ensure that the ideas and their execution are progressing in sync with the brand vision and business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent teamwork skills, a self-motivated work ethic, the ability to face challenges with confidence, and always learning from clients and analysis of past trends.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Requires prior experience of 2-4 years in events, experiential marketing, or media.
  • Should have a strong interest in culture - both pop culture, and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world.
