Job Title: D365 Finance and Operations Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-intensity workshops, developing business requirements and providing solution proof demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of relevant experience and be proficient in delivery methodologies such as Sure Step.

  • Ability to lead high intensity workshops to develop business requirements.
  • Development of demos to provide solution proof.
  • Support development of proposals and statements of work including drafting estimation of effort/cost.
  • Delivered 3-4 large implementations or equivalent.
  • Utilizes creative problem-solving skills to find solutions.
  • Able to identify performance bottlenecks and implement fixes.
  • Certified on latest product at desired levels.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in delivery methodologies (Sure Step preferred).
  • Ability to plan and organize delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financials expertise (GL, A/P, A/R, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Fixed Assets) is required.
  • Trade & Logistics experience is a plus.
  • Financial reporting expertise.
  • ERP functional design and consulting experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Record of accomplishment in ERP implementation experience either as a team member or team leader.
