ERP Training Designer Position

This position is open for a skilled Instructional Designer to create and deliver high-quality training materials for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing eLearning modules, instructor-led training decks, user manuals, job aids, and simulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop ERP Training Materials: Create comprehensive training programs that cover pre-implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases of ERP system implementation.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with ERP consultants, internal SMEs, and process owners to translate technical workflows into learner-friendly content.
  • Create End-User Learning Journeys: Design engaging learning experiences that cater to the needs of end-users throughout their ERP system journey.
  • Utilize Instructional Design Tools: Leverage tools like Whatfix or similar digital adoption tools to embed contextual learning within ERP systems.
  • Apply Multimedia Techniques: Use multimedia tools to create high-quality videos, animations, and voiceovers that meet clear audio encryption and editing standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience in Instructional Design: Demonstrated expertise in designing instructional materials, particularly for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong Knowledge of Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in tools including Whatfix (or similar), Articulate 360, Canva, video editing software, and audio encrypting tools.
  • Programming and IT Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or basic programming is a plus.
  • Communication and Project Management Skills: Effective communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities are essential.
