Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an ERP Implementation Associate. This role involves implementing ERP/POS systems for new merchants, ensuring seamless onboarding and managing regional merchant accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement ERP/POS systems for new merchants ensuring timely integration and efficient onboarding processes.
  • Manage regional merchant accounts, providing on-site support and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to identify feature gaps and resolve technical issues.
  • Train internal stakeholders on ERP system functionality and troubleshoot complex operational queries.
Role Requirements:
  • Owning merchant relationships and troubleshooting POS usage issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Driving configuration and customization requests from merchants to meet their specific needs.
  • Providing structured feedback to improve ERP system features and enhance user experience.
  • Liaising between client requirements and product development teams to ensure effective communication.
