Job Overview

This position is focused on technical management and requires expertise in software development, particularly in the security domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government certification processes and standards, as well as experience with quantum-safe cryptography and network security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure software solutions.
  • Lead the development of quantum-safe network protocols and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government certification requirements.
  • Develop and integrate security features within Nokia Optical Networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security features into various products.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Proven experience in software development, particularly in the security domain.
  • Strong knowledge of government certification processes and standards.
  • Expertise in quantum-safe cryptography and network security.
  • Experience with Nokia Optical Networks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
