Job Overview

  • Supervise and lead maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, and automation controls to prevent breakdowns and ensure maximum availability of machines and equipment.
  • Identify and resolve issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend plant operations lifespan.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to achieve smooth plant operations and meet business objectives.
  • Document maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history to inform strategic decisions and improve maintenance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works to safeguard personnel and assets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and develop maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices to upgrade their skills and knowledge.
  • Apply expertise in industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems to provide innovative solutions and improve plant performance.
  • Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities to motivate and direct the maintenance team effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
