Immigration Casework Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of employment-based immigration cases, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex caseloads. A minimum of three years of experience in immigration law is required, with expertise in O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is highly valued.

• Draft, review, and edit high-volume NIV/IV cases, focusing on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B.
• Manage large caseloads independently, collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with clients throughout the visa process.
• Report progress and status to legal teams and managers.
• Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
• Support lawyers in preparing evidence, documents, and exhibits, ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.
• Identify and rectify delays in the process, showcasing strategic acumen and initiative.
• Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs.

• At least three years of immigration experience, with expertise in O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.

This is a fully remote position with a starting salary of $24,000 per year.
