Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our clients by generating high-quality service delivery and achieving successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with our global regions on the rollout of our internal systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in data capture, organization, storage and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation
  • Manage large amounts of data in Excel
  • Collaborate with estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data
  • Contribute to the process for collection, capture and utilization of historic data
  • Perform other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary
  • Coordinate with senior and technical staff

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must have experience in data analysis and data management
  • Must understand IT technology including MS Windows, MS Office Suites
  • Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial
  • Attention to details
  • Experience managing and analysing large data sets will be beneficial
  • Interest or experience in construction industry or how things go together
  • Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations
  • Excellent English communication skills
