Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Lead to spearhead our offline marketing initiatives in Durgapur, focusing on driving student acquisition and brand awareness.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns, as well as organizing educational seminars and workshops.

Key responsibilities include planning and managing ATL activities such as hoardings, radio campaigns, and newspaper ads, while also driving BTL campaigns including pamphlet distribution, kiosk setups, street activations, and local outreach.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the academic and counseling teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives, track campaign performance, and optimize for better ROI.

You will also manage vendor relationships, budgets, and logistics for on-ground events and campaigns, conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies, and build brand visibility and trust within the local student and parent community.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4-7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education or consumer industry.
  • Proven expertise in executing ATL & BTL campaigns and educational seminars.
  • Strong network in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes) in West Bengal is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
