Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead all ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of initiatives such as open houses, orientations, community events, and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.

Event Management & Execution

  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as:
  • Open Houses and School Orientations
  • RWA Activations and Community Outreach Programs
  • Interschool Competitions, Workshops, and Fairs
  • Kiosks, roadshows, and external education events
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Admissions Team – to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
  • Creative/Content Teams – to produce effective marketing collaterals.
  • Digital Marketing Team – to align offline efforts with online campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track ROI on events and channels, measuring metrics such as:
  • Footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
