Lead Fundraiser

Position Overview:

Roundglass is seeking an accomplished Lead Fundraiser to spearhead our fundraising efforts and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with our mission.

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel fundraising approach to engage high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other pertinent entities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Foundation Leader(s) to establish clear objectives, track progress, and optimize results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing donors, identify new prospects, and cultivate partnerships that drive long-term impact.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business or social sciences, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, including at least 3 years in leadership positions.
  • Proven track record of success in building national networks, securing significant funding, and driving strategic growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong cultural awareness and adaptability, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones.

  • Experience working with international organizations and teams.
  • Knowledge of philanthropic trends, regulatory environments, and emerging best practices.
  • Ability to think innovatively, stay up-to-date with industry developments, and navigate complex issues.
