As a skilled Fire Protection Designer, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive fire protection solutions for industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop BIM models using REVIT MEP to ensure precise and accurate representations of fire protection systems.
  • Produce 2D construction deliverables, including sprinkler layouts, fire alarm layouts, piping layouts, and isometric drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with other disciplines to ensure seamless coordination and clash-free designs.
  • Develop detailed drawings such as general arrangement drawings for equipment rooms, plumbing drawings, riser diagrams, and equipment schedules.
Requirements
  • Hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI/NCTVT - Mechanical Draftsman qualification.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection design for industrial or commercial projects.
  • Be proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, and coordination tools like Navisworks.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) is essential.
  • Working knowledge of international codes and standards such as ASME, NFPA, International Fire Code, and others relevant to food, consumer, manufacturing, and industrial projects is necessary.
