Senior Voice Communications Engineer

The Senior Voice Communications Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex voice communication systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Providing in-depth support on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC.
  • Mastery of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
  • Familiarity with ITIL process framework.
  • Expertise in Cisco Voice network deployment models and functionality of voice network devices.
  • In-depth knowledge of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other tools.
  • Thorough understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogue signalling.
  • Able to work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience working with Cisco Voice platform.
  • Hands-on experience with CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Collaboration with Third Party Providers for problem resolution and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Proficient in remote/on site advanced troubleshooting activities including system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation, up gradation and site coordination.
  • Point of contact for all service delivery issues, pending work and escalations.
  • Contribute to team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintenance and update of Knowledge Base and documentation.
  • Implementation of processes improvements.
  • Superior communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE Email and Voice communication skills and teamwork.
  • Presentation and good Excel related Analytics skills.
