A successful Oracle Database Administrator will drive the growth of our company by implementing and maintaining high-availability database configurations.

  • Highly available database systems are critical to our success. As an Oracle EBS DBA, your expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining these configurations is key.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Database Configuration: Design and implement high-availability database configurations that meet the needs of our business.
  2. Backup and Recovery: Develop and execute comprehensive backup and recovery strategies to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
  3. Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements for our database systems.
  4. Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and patch installations, to ensure the optimal performance of our databases.
  5. Security Management: Identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities in our database systems.
Qualifications
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Oracle DBA with a focus on EBS is essential for this role.
  2. Azure DevOps Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools and methodologies is required.
  3. Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of database replication, troubleshooting, and security concepts is necessary for this position.
  4. Problem-solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently are crucial.
  5. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
