Senior Oracle EBS Finance Consultant

This role requires a highly experienced professional to support ongoing operations of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects across levels 2 and 3 within service level agreement timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring and critical incidents.
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and support guides.
  • Participate in change advisory board meetings and follow change control processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • Work with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Provide support during peak periods like financial close and year-end processing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources for seamless issue management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process and performance enhancements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Finance consultant.
  • Deep expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Finance.
