Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience with Oracle EBS implementation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle EBS
  • Work closely with the technical architect to suggest solutions and resolve user issues
  • Manage feature backlogs and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Finance modules, R12, and implementations of GL/AP/AR and FA
  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with migrations
  • Experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps)
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and time zones required
  • Good self-management skills and stress resilience
