Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support and enhance our Compensation and Performance modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Configuration: Design, develop, and maintain formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing.
  • Data Management: Develop and utilize templates for efficient data uploads and management.
  • Reporting: Create and modify reports of medium complexity.
  • Compensation Planning: Provide functional design and configuration support for compensation plans, budgets, and statements.
  • Grade Progression: Design and implement grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures.
  • Goal and Performance Management: Support the functional configuration and processes for goal and performance management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrable expertise in writing formulas.
  • Strong experience with data loaders and template development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
