Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business analysis processes and methodologies, as well as excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive business analysis activities, including defining project scope, requirements, and success criteria. They will also develop and maintain project documentation, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and lead requirements gathering sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business analysis activities to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related role, with a focus on technical projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
