Job Description

As a SailPoint Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. You will work on resolving Level 2 support tickets, implementing minor enhancements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues with the IAM platform, developing and maintaining workflows, rules, and connectors, as well as collaborating with Level 3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues: Handle L2 support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues.
  • Develop and maintain IAM components: Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM performance: Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.

Additionally, you will be responsible for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews, as well as maintaining documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3 plus years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations. You should also have proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.

  • Experience in IAM operations: Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
