Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Site Reliability Engineer. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and enhancing Terraform scripts for various platforms, including DBT Cloud, GitHub, etc. Additionally, you will work directly with our phData Provision Tool and related infrastructure tooling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance Terraform scripts for various platforms
  • Work directly with phData Provision Tool and related infrastructure tooling
  • Automate environment setup, deployments, and key rotation practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Understand customer requirements, solutions, and project KPIs
  • Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
  • Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
  • Have technical skills to review, verify, and validate software code developed in the project
  • Troubleshoot techniques and coordinate bug fixes with developers
  • Monitor processes during lifecycle for adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement
  • Plan and build automated processes where possible
  • Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
  • Select and deploy CI/CD tools and pipelines
  • Build continuous integration, development, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD Pipeline) for various technologies and platforms
  • Mentor team members on DevOps collaboration
  • Monitor and measure customer experience and KPIs
  • Plan team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities
  • Coordinate communication within team and with customers
  • Manage stakeholders and external interfaces
  • Manage periodic reporting on progress to management and customer
