Job Opportunity

As a Data Migration Expert, you will be responsible for the overall end-to-end execution of data migration activities. This role involves close collaboration with local business and functional teams while acting as a bridge between Global Data Migration Experts (GDMEs) and Data Migration Execution teams.

  • Deploy data objects in scope for deployment or local data migration projects.
  • Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams.
  • Drive migration activities for deployment projects.
  • Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects.
  • Prepare DMW load files and perform initial verification.
  • Execute DVT scripts and support defect/hypercare incident resolution for assigned data objects.
  • Coordinate defect resolution or escalate to GDMEs as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GxP, CSV).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience with strong data migration expertise.
  • Proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS.
  • Strong understanding of GxP and CSV requirements.
  • SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area.
  • Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset with experience running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues.
  • Negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (additional languages preferred).

  • Exposure to healthcare or regulated industry environments.
  • Leading data migration in large ERP programs.
