TMF Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of TMF Specialist within our Clinical Operations group. This position will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless execution of clinical trials, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process study documents in accordance with client and study requirements.
  • Liaise with study project teams, staff, clients, and management as necessary.
  • Complete departmental projects on schedule in accordance with specified timelines.
  • Maintain study files according to study and or client guidelines.
  • Provide essential information to complete client and or departmental status reports.
Requirements:
  • Must have 1-15 years of TMF experience with strong knowledge of Clinical Studies documents.
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to liaise successfully with study project teams, staff, clients, and management as necessary.
  • Bachelors Degree in Life Science preferred.
