Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking and capital markets domain, including knowledge of stock market concepts, financial instruments, and accounting methods. They will be responsible for reviewing documents, managing account status, processing receipts and payments, and distributing funds accurately and efficiently.

A strong analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly are essential for this role. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on requests and ensure seamless communication throughout the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and email drafting
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed (28 WPM or higher)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to handle client calls and onshore training sessions

Other Requirements
