Job Overview

The Enterprise Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of production systems during night shifts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage production systems to guarantee prompt response to incidents.
  • Execute End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-Day (BOD) job processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Coordinate DC and DR failover activities to guarantee the availability and reliability of critical systems.
  • Perform system patching activities to keep all systems up-to-date with the latest security and functionality updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and share comprehensive periodic status reports detailing performance, incidents, and improvements made during the week.
  • Manage and administer Linux-based systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Evaluate and optimize system performance.
  • Develop strategic relationships with software vendors and OEMs.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in handling financial critical system operations.
  • Expertise in EOD/BOD processes in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in Control-M, Dynatrace, and Linux.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
