**Job Title:** Data Entry Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused individual to join our team in India.

This role is primarily responsible for accurate data entry, managing form and application submissions, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely customer follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

The successful candidate will be able to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and meet deadlines while working effectively in a remote team environment.

**Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately enter and update customer and project data into company systems.
  • Monitor and manage form submissions and permit application records.
  • Prepare and send customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on pending dues.
  • Support customer follow-ups via email or CRM to keep projects on track.
  • Validate and cross-check entries to ensure high accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain well-organized digital records for projects and customer information.
  • Assist the operations team with basic reporting and documentation tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data security standards.
