Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned .NET Cloud Architect to modernize our legacy applications and lead the migration to cloud-native solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust cloud architectures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable cloud architectures using .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure
  • Migrate legacy applications to cloud-native solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on cloud architecture, migration strategies, and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET stack, including ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms – Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP
  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
  • Expertise in building and migrating applications to SaaS architectures
  • Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB) in cloud environments
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with AKS/EKS and serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)
  • Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
  • Prior experience modernizing monolithic apps into cloud-native architecture
