You will lead a high-performing team of engineers, focusing on people leadership, performance management, and career development. Your role involves ensuring team members are engaged, supported, and growing in alignment with global ERP/EPM transformation.
As a local leader, you will work closely with US-based managers to connect business priorities with team outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews
- Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth
- Champion organizational values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices
- Ensure team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities
- Promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs
You must have:
- 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role
- Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development
- Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting experience
- Experience managing Oracle ERP/EPM engineering teams
- Familiarity with HR processes and tools (performance systems, engagement surveys, succession planning)
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and global collaboration practices
