Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organization's performance management efforts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS) that drives strategic alignment and achieves business goals.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance metrics, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end PMS, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish performance targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct regular review cycles, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees at all levels.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on performance management and strategy implementation.
  • Proven track record of success in driving organizational change and improvement initiatives.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology and its application in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
