Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stewarding Associate to join our team at AccorHotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the dishwashing machine is properly maintained and detergents are replenished as needed.
  • Send soiled towels to the laundry and dry them.
  • Assist in polishing silver and copperware.
  • Keep the work area clean, tidy, and dry at all times.
  • Wash dishes as requested by the Steward Supervisor during Banquet events.
  • Maintain the water level and temperature in the dishwashing machine and change it every 2 hours.
  • Follow proper procedures when handling machinery, wearing rubber gloves, an apron, and a hair net when operating machines.
  • Set up a decoy system before bringing soiled dishes into the kitchen and prepare detergent for soaking cutlery.
  • Report any damaged, faulty, or misused equipment to the Steward Supervisor.
