">Description:The Claims Resolution Specialist will be responsible for receiving and answering emails and telephone calls related to claims. This role involves providing advice to policyholders on claim procedures, ensuring fair settlement of claims in a timely manner, and managing all administration aspects of the claim.
This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent time management skills, and top-notch client interaction skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any discipline and at least 2-4 years' experience as a claims handler or similar role.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
