Explore an exciting opportunity as a conversational AI expert, responsible for designing and deploying engaging user experiences with Amazon Lex V2.

We seek an experienced professional to lead the migration of existing conversational flows from other platforms into Lex V2. This role is critical to the success of our platform migration initiative.

  • This includes defining intents, utterances, and slots that deliver seamless conversations
  • Setting up multi-turn conversations that meet business needs
  • Managing session attributes, context control, and fallback strategies to ensure smooth interactions
  • Leveraging Lex's native integrations with Lambda, Amazon Connect, and Cognito to deliver advanced conversational flows

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Lex with various systems, ensuring successful deployment and functionality across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and configuring Amazon Lex V2 bots
  • Migrating existing conversational flows from other platforms
  • Integrating Lex with Lambda, Amazon Connect, and Cognito
  • Developing custom intent and slot configurations

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Amazon Lex V2
  • Strong understanding of Lex console and API interfaces
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, API Gateway, and JSON payload handling
  • Familiarity with Lex Knowledge Base setup
