Product UX Designer


This role involves architecting, prototyping, and delivering elegant user experiences for AI-driven interfaces, conversational agents, and prompt-centric workflows that empower enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end design for generative AI experiences.
  • Drive user flows, prompt interactions, agentic interfaces, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) modules from low-fidelity sketches to final UI designs.
  • Rapid prototyping and user validation.
  • Create interactive prototypes, run A/B tests, and iterate based on real user behavior and feedback.
  • Design systems & UI consistency.
  • Develop and maintain component libraries and style systems to ensure predictable, scalable, and pixel-perfect enterprise UX.
  • Design research and testing.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations with enterprise users to inform AI behavior and trust in UI interfaces.
  • Collaborative execution.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate feature requirements into intuitive, high-trust design experiences.
  • Presentation of design decisions.
  • Articulation of design rationale using data and user insights; advocacy of best practices and crafting UX storytelling across teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of dedicated product or interaction design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise-facing products. Expert proficiency in Figma is highly preferred, including building interactive components, prototyping, auto layout, design systems, collaborative libraries, and familiarity with tools like Sketch, XD, InVision, Protopie, or Framer. Other skills may include knowledge of software development methodologies, agile project management, user-centered design principles, and human-computer interaction theories.
