Job Description

As a Business Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software products.

  • Perform quality assurance and technical translations from Japanese to English and vice versa to ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, effective solutions to technical issues and updates.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis on software defects and provide detailed reports in both languages.
  • Collaborate with the development and QA teams to understand product updates and changes, and translate technical specifications as needed.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining bilingual documentation of software products, technical procedures, and QA processes.
  • Provide language support to other team members as needed.
  • Drive business process and service improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
