About the Role:

The Deputy Director, Platform Speed Planning is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of logistics, technology, and customer experience.

This role leads a strategic team responsible for shaping our network-wide inventory and fulfillment strategy, directly impacting our ability to deliver products to customers faster than ever before.

Your Impact:

  • Elevate speed and efficiency: You will own the core processes for inventory placement and allocation, influencing delivery speed and optimizing holding costs across all nodes.
  • Innovate and automate: You will design and deploy cutting-edge inventory models and controls that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize resources: Your strategic oversight will ensure the efficient use of space and capacity to maximize inventory turns and revenue.
  • Solve complex challenges: You will be a key problem-solver, leveraging your understanding of the business to identify operational gaps and drive sustainable solutions.
  • Drive strategic change: You will lead initiatives from blueprint to business impact, championing projects that fundamentally improve our supply chain.
