Key responsibilities include:

  • Transaction databooks/workbooks – delivered with precision, minimal rework, and full compliance with firm standards
  • Deal team collaboration – trusted contributor on live deals, mentoring junior team members and ensuring consistent delivery
  • FDD reporting – drafted key sections: background, points of interest, QoE adjustments, summary financials, and exhibits
  • Financial analyses – skilled in net working capital, debt/debt-like analysis, and complex adjustments
  • Management discussions – prepared decks, led sections in calls, and managed client communications
  • Digital tools – leveraged Alteryx, Power BI, and other platforms for enhanced speed and data accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in FDD, analytics, and deal support
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
