Job Description

The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily funds and arrange capital expenditure and working capital finance from banks
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinate with consultants for tax assessment and appellate matters
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and other consultants to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Monitor and control accounting software configuration to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure timely filing of annual returns of companies and LLP with auditors
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions
  • Liaise with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT, and TDS departments
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively
