This full-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely, guaranteeing a minimum of 35 hours per week with potential for growth.

The ideal candidate will excel at anticipating needs, responding swiftly to challenges, and demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and initiative in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Share agreements with influencers and managers, ensuring timely signatures.
  • Onboarding Process: Send brand briefs and content checklists, confirm deliverables, usage rights, and agreed timelines.
  • Content Review: Collect concepts and drafts on schedule, check against briefs, send to brands for approval, and relay feedback within deadlines.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Confirm go-live dates, ensure influencers adhere to agreed posting timelines.
  • Invoicing and Payment Processing: Collect influencer invoices once posting is confirmed, check against agreed rates and deliverables, and submit for timely processing.
  • Post Monitoring: Track live posts in real-time, check quality and compliance.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Collect and log post insights (reach, engagement, CPM, etc.), compile into client-ready reports by set deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as an influencer expert, preferably with campaign management skills.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with remote or virtual environments.
