Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

This role involves building strong relationships with influencers, managing collaborations, and executing influencer marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Build Influencer Relationships: Connect with relevant influencers and content creators to build long-term partnerships.
  • Plan and Execute Campaigns: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Negotiate Deliverables and Timelines: Collaborate with influencers to define project scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Campaign Coordination: Work with internal teams to execute influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing trends, industry insights, and competitor activities.
  • Influencer Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers and partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with influencers and internal teams.
  • Creative Mindset and Social Media Savviness: A passion for social media trends and influencer culture, with a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with influencer marketing tools is a plus.
