Role Summary:
- The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
About the Role:
- This position involves generating sales leads through effective customer interactions and partnerships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging expertise in product mix and organizational strategy.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers, including claim settlement and other related services.
- Maintain a high level of business quality and persistency through strategic renewals of premiums.
- Consistently achieve minimum expected sales targets via regular customer meetings.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate, but under-graduate candidates with 2 years of sales experience may be considered.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in BFSI.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
