Job Title:

Microsoft Cloud Expert

About the Role

This is a highly technical position where you will be responsible for administering and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement messaging hygiene and security designs, as well as migration architectures for mail and collaboration platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in Microsoft 365 application stack experience
  • Implement and manage Exchange Online, Exchange hybrid designs, and messaging hygiene and security designs
  • Migrate mail and SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive architectures to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage Active Directory, routing protocols, DNS, Certificates (request & renewal)
  • Implement M365 application management: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Viva tools, integrations
  • Ensure email encryption, spam filtering, authentication protocols, and Data Loss Prevention
  • Script using PowerShell (must have)
  • Perform tenant to tenant migrations concepts
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Azure stack and PaaS services (Azure functions, App Services, exchange components)
  • Azure tenant setup, Creation of subscriptions, resource management
  • Monitoring and performance monitoring & vulnerability assessments
  • Proactively set up and utilize Amadeus tools to monitor sites & apps
  • Loading balancing and cluster concepts, SQL Administration tasks, scripting, etc.
