Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of projects that span across multiple business verticals. This includes ensuring effective management of resources, schedules, and quality standards, while adhering to global project management controls and governance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication and testing strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.
  • Develop, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
  • Oversee acquisition and management of project resources, materials, and tools.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional, matrix environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
