About the Role

We seek an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee the undergraduate admissions process from initial counselling roadmap to university acceptances.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee students throughout the entire undergraduate admissions journey, from onboarding to final university decisions.
• Guide students in developing strong academic profiles, including research, internships, and community impact projects.
• Strategize personalized student journeys by advising on subject selection, standardized testing, university shortlisting, and long-term academic planning.
• Review and provide detailed feedback on all application components, including personal statements, SOPs, LORs, essays, resumes, and forms.
• Manage a team of counselors, ensuring consistency, timely communication, and adherence to admissions timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline (preferably from or with experience studying in the U.S., U.K., or Canada).
• 2–4 years of experience in academic counseling, university admissions, or education advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in academic and admissions writing.
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple high-stakes student timelines.
