About Our Influencer Partnership Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic influencer marketing specialist to drive brand growth through impactful partnerships. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies, managing end-to-end campaign activities, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Manage campaign execution, from planning and contracting to content delivery and budget oversight.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging categories to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media strategy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in content marketing, PR, or digital brand strategy.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Background in managing campaigns in fast-paced environments.
